We strive to process and dispatch orders within 14 business days from the date of purchase, subject to availability and payment clearance.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

All shipments are insured and tracked for your convenience and peace of mind.

Delivery Responsibility:

Upon shipment, the responsibility for timely delivery rests with the chosen carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

International Shipping:

For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery time may vary from our standard terms, depending on geographical location.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages returned to us.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Any orders placed from the 1st November can be returned up to and including 14th January.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

Un-damaged and custom commissions / personalised artworks are not eligible for return.

While we make every effort to accurately represent artworks through images and descriptions on our website, please note that colours may slightly vary in reality.

All artworks displayed on our platform, including but not limited to paintings, sculptures, photographs, and digital art, are the intellectual property of Grace Elliott. She retains full copyright and ownership rights to her artworks, as protected by international copyright laws.

Artwork Usage:

No reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of any artwork displayed on our platform is permitted without explicit consent or licensing agreement from the respective artist.

Customers purchasing artworks from our gallery acquire only the physical piece and do not obtain any rights to reproduce, copy, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist or their authorised representatives.
